• Facilitating contact between property seekers and property owners or agents;

2.3. We do not guarantee:
• The accuracy, completeness, legality, or availability of listings; br • That any property is free of liens, encumbrances, or legal issues;
• The performance, conduct, or reliability of any other user.

3. Account Registration

3.1. To use full features of our Website, you must register for an account by providing accurate and up-to-date information.
3.2. You are solely responsible for:
• Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials;
• All activity under your account;
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or suspicious activity.

You must not:

• Copy, scrape, or reuse property data or platform content without permission;
• Post or share offensive, discriminatory, or prohibited content.

5. Listings and Transactions

5.1. All properties displayed are submitted by third-party landlords, agents, or sellers. HOMEZY THAILAND does not own, control, or inspect listed properties. 5.2. We are not liable for:
• Misrepresentation by listing parties;
• Contractual or legal disputes between buyers/renters and sellers/landlords;
• Property defects, delays, or transactional failures.
5.3. Users are encouraged to:
• Schedule physical inspections;
• Conduct background checks;
• Request certified documentation (e.g. Chanote title, lease agreements);
• Use escrow services or licensed legal professionals for high-value transactions.
5.4. While we strive to verify the legitimacy of agents and listings featured on our platform to enhance user confidence and safety, we strongly encourage all users to conduct their own due diligence before entering into any agreement. HOMEZY THAILAND cannot guarantee the authenticity or reliability of third-party information and assumes no liability for any issues that may arise.

6. Fees and Charges

You agree to:

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of opportunity or income.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HOMEZY THAILAND, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, losses, or legal costs resulting from:
• Your use or misuse of the Website;
• Violations of these Terms;
• Breach of any law or third-party rights.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
